With 3CX you can add many extra users at no additional cost. The main reference is the number of simultaneous calls, not the users.
The apps for computer and smartphone can also be installed and used for free without limits.
You can install as many physical phones, intercoms (door stations), call buttons at barriers, etc. as you want. There is no limit.

You don't need to worry about that. We will help you transfer the phone numbers to a cloud SIP provider.
If you wish to keep the phone bill and numbers with Proximus or Telenet, that is certainly possible as well. However, you will need to opt for an on-site 3CX VoIP system. These two providers do not offer a connection to a cloud phone system.
