We upgraded our telephone system earlier in 2023 and we are delighted by how seamless the transition from our old system to the new system was, how much more efficient the new system is as well as the excellent service in relation to any issues & queries we have had since the new system went live - the support team are very responsive and so helpful.
Until July 2011, Castelnou used a Matra Nortel PBX for their telephony. However, this was outdated, had limited functionality, and an expensive maintenance contract. When Avaya announced it would cease support for Nortel PBXs, we decided it was time for a change. Almost immediately after the installation of the 3CX Phone System, telephony costs dropped by no less than 75%! Because there is no need to lease phone lines or pay exorbitant maintenance contracts, and because it operates via existing networks, no cabling is required and call costs are significantly reduced. Moreover, the 3CX Phone System uses the open SIP standard, which means users are not tied to a specific supplier and the system works with any IP phone that has an open standard.
Great wifi! Our entire hotel operates with the Wi-Fi from Fly By Wire! We are very satisfied with the contacts, the installation, and the quality of what they offer. Since we have completely entrusted our WiFi network to them, there have been no more problems.

3CX supports both known standard protocols Mitel SX2000 and Fidelio FIAS. Therefore, most PMS systems should integrate without issues. It is best to always check this with the PMS supplier.
