Questions?
Frequently asked questions
Here are some questions we regularly receive.
Fly By Fibre is our own fibre solution in collaboration with Tele Voip: you receive a bare fibre optic cable that you connect to your router yourself via PPPoE. No modem, no extra box. Citymesh Fiber comes with a supplied modem/router that has a built-in 4G backup as standard — handy if you never want to be without internet during an outage. Fly By Fibre is cheaper and simpler if you already have a good router; Citymesh is the choice if you want a fully managed package with backup.
Yes. Fly By Fibre only provides the cable, you connect it directly to your own router and set up PPPoE yourself. If you use a router that we provide, we will configure it for free.
Check that quickly yourself via the BIPT tool above, or give us your address — we will look it up for you, arrange the application and provide you with all the necessary information. You don't have to do anything yourself.
Yes, the Citymesh mobile bundles (data, calls, SMS) are separate from the fibre offering. You can combine them or take them separately.
We also offer other mobile solutions via Tele VoIP.
We take care of the inquiry about availability. We then arrange the agreement you choose and finally provide all the necessary information to get started. So you need to do little to nothing yourself.
Make sure you are ready for the growing number of SaaS applications with an increasing demand for bandwidth.
