There is a free Copilot, available by default via Windows, the Copilot app or copilot.microsoft.com. It works as a general AI assistant, but does not have access to your company data. Copilot for Microsoft 365 is a separate, paid licence on top of your existing M365 subscription: it integrates directly into Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint, and does work with your own emails, documents and calendar. In most cases, your existing Microsoft 365 environment will simply remain — we only take over as the managing partner and link our backup monitoring (via NinjaOne) to it, so that you and your team do not notice anything. Upon request, we also check and report your licence usage and storage space. Only in the case of a real tenant change (for example, after a merger, acquisition or name change) is a full technical migration necessary, where mailboxes, files and Teams data are carefully transferred.
